From complete new homes to extensions, loft conversions and garage conversions, we undertake structural projects that add space, improve how a property works and make better use of its potential.
Our work can include groundworks, drainage, structural alterations, masonry, steelwork, roofing, windows and doors, through to internal first and second fix and final finishes.
Where a project involves structural engineers, building control or other specialists, we coordinate the construction requirements and programme their involvement around the build.
Renovations & Refurbishments
From individual rooms to complete property refurbishments, we renovate existing homes to improve their condition, layout and everyday use while working with the character and constraints of the building.
Our work can include strip-outs, reconfiguration, kitchens and bathrooms, plumbing and electrical upgrades, plastering, joinery, flooring, decorating and finishing works.
For older and period properties, we also consider the existing construction and materials when deciding how repairs and improvements should be approached.
Landscaping & External Works
We deliver hard landscaping and external works that connect the building with the surrounding property and make outdoor areas practical, durable and usable.

For new developments, we can deliver the construction from groundworks and drainage through to the structural frame, external envelope, internal services, fit-out and final finishes. For existing premises, we undertake shop fitting, office and warehouse refurbishments, alterations, repairs and upgrades.
